Enrol now for CCRDU's Back to School potluck games!
On Saturday 16 March, we wear skates! Join us for a Mean Girls-inspired back to school roller derby potluck double header, with special sponsorship by Roller Derby Heaven!
Will you be cheering for the Nerds or the Plastics? What about the Jocks or Goths? Who will reign supreme in the animal kingdom of high school drama and roller derby? Come down to the campus at Niagara Park Stadium (18 Washington Avenue, Niagara Park) from 3:30pm and find out!
The event will kick off with the Nerds vs the Jocks at 4:00pm, followed by Plastics vs Goths at 6:00pm. Both games will be open-gender potluck games (they don't even go here!), and will follow the WFTDA rule set.

COME AND TRY!
Did you pick up roller skating during the lockdowns and want to develop your skating skills? Are you new to the Central Coast and want to be part of an enthusiastic community of open-minded and super cool people?
Are you interested in learning more about roller skating, roller derby or our upcoming Learn to Skate program starting on 29 September 2023?
Roller derby has always been a sport that accepts everyone, especially people in the LGBTQIA community. Central Coast Roller Derby United is no different, keeping up with the changes of the community and continuing the acceptance of anyone who loves the sport as much as we do.
We know signing up can be a big commitment and pretty daunting, so Central Coast Roller Derby United are running a come and try session where you can drop in, have a chat to some of our members and get kitted out with our learn to skate gear and see what roller derby and our league is all about.
Our experienced skaters will be there to assist with any questions and a pair of guiding hands to help keep everyone safe.

Cost: Free!
Requirements: All attendees need to register in advance for Skate Victoria insurances and CCRDU records (name, contact details, pronouns, gear hire, emergency contacts, skating ability level). Attendees will not be permitted to be on skates if they have not completed the Skate Victoria insurance sign up.
